The Shimano STC AX Travel Spinning Rod range features seven moderate-fast to fast action models in 2.40m and 2.70m lengths, with casting weights from 10–30g up to 50–100g. Designed as compact 4 or 5-piece rods with a transport length of 65cm or less, they are ideal for anglers who need high performance in a travel-friendly format.

Constructed with Full Carbon and Nanosheet technology, these rods deliver excellent casting performance, balance and strength. Once assembled, the sections fit seamlessly to give the feel and action of a traditional one-piece rod. The range covers a wide variety of lure fishing styles, from light perch and zander fishing with small lures to targeting large pike or inshore saltwater species with heavier baits.

Each rod features a high-quality cork handle, Shimano VVS reel seat and Shimano Hardlite guides, and is supplied with a durable protective hard case for convenient transport.
