Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

Yes. If your order is being shipped outside the UK, customs duties, local taxes, and additional fees may apply. These charges vary by country and depend on the value of your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.

Who is responsible for paying customs charges?

You are responsible for covering any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. We do not pay these charges on your behalf.

Why aren’t customs duties included in my order total?

We do not calculate or collect customs duties, taxes, or fees at checkout. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid upon your order’s arrival.

What happens if I don’t pay the customs charges?

If customs duties or taxes are not paid, your package may be held at customs or returned to us. We are not responsible for any additional fees or delays caused by non-payment.

Can I get a refund if I refuse to pay customs duties?

If your order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs and customs charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or losses related to customs issues.

Do you help with customs paperwork?

We provide the necessary documentation to assist with customs clearance, but we do not influence or control the amount of customs duties or taxes applied. It is your responsibility to check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

This depends on what service you choose. Orders processed here will take and estimated 3-5 working days to arrive when choosing Standard Royal mail delivery and an estimated 1-2 working days when choosing Expediated Tracked delivery. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Dispatch Times

All Orders placed before 12am are normally  dispatched that same working day. This applies for all orders, INC next day.

All orders placed after 12am will be dispatched the next working day.

Free Delivery Items dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce will generally arrive with you within 3 – 5 days.  Delivery times are however beyond our control.

Orders placed after 12am Friday will be processed the next working day, which will be a Monday (in the exception of a bank holiday in which case this will be a Tuesday)

All Orders placed over a weekend or a bank holiday will be processed and sent the next available working day. This includes all bank holiday Mondays, and Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years and Easter Weekend.

Once orders are shipped, and a tracking number sent, please note we cannot change or amend delivery or shipping address.
